The All New Ivory Rose is still located in Passage West, just 3 miles east of Douglas and 10 miles from Cork City Centre. We are easy to reach from the Cork Ring Road.

From the Jack Lynch Tunnel (Travelling from North or East of Cork) Take the 2nd exit after the Jack Lynch Tunnel signed Carrigaline/Rochestown/Douglas N28 Stay in the left lane and take the first slip road exit towards Douglas/Passage West At the bottom of the slip road take the 2nd left onto the R610 to Passage West After 3 miles, pass Euro Spar and go straight through the next roundabout Take your next right (100 metres after the roundabout). We are located immediately on the left so turn left into our car park We are upstairs - use the intercom for The Ivory Rose and we will buzz you in.
From the Kinsale Road Roundabout/Flyover (Travelling from West or South of Cork) Head East on the N25 South Ring Road (signposted Douglas, Ferryport) After 2 miles, take the exit for Rochestown/Ringaskiddy N28 (3rd exit after Kinsale Roundabout) Get in the left lane and take the first slip road exit towards Douglas/Passage West At the roundabout take the 2nd left onto the R610 to Passage West At the bottom of the slip road take the 2nd left onto the R610 to Passage West After 3 miles, pass Euro Spar and go straight through the next roundabout Take your next right (100 metres after the roundabout). From the Carrigaline/Monskown side of Passage West Take the R610 through Monkstown Continue through Passage West heading towards Rochestown After 1/4 mile you will pass the school on your right. Take your second left after the school. (If you get to the roundabout you have gone too far!) We are located immediately on the left so turn left into our car park We are upstairs - use the intercom for The Ivory Rose and we will buzz you in.
From Cobh Take the Ferry to Passage West, turning right off the ferry Continue through Passage West heading towards Rochestown After 1/4 mile you will pass the school on your right. Take your second left after the school. (If you get to the roundabout you have gone too far!) We are located immediately on the left so turn left into our car park We are upstairs - use the intercom for The Ivory Rose and we will buzz you in. |
